Nice little idea. Maybe the idea is a bit stretched for a designer but for a florist, garden center, gardener or health food store the card would be wicked.
Who did these? Its a really simple but clever idea. I am not sure if you went to the B&W lecture a while ago, but it reminds me of the business cards one of them had produced for their father in law, the builder, even down to the execution of the idea and the way its photographed. I will see if i can find a photo of it.
i agree, not good for a designer but for the right type of market its great, its just taking the ideas one step further into literal ideas that work. Now claire has said it it is very much in the style of the B&W brick laying business cards.
This is a strong idea. I always find that if there is more than one use for something people seem to take a greater interest and remember it for the future. I agree in that it may not be for the right target market but if targeted at a specialist group it would be so much more effective.
